The Lehman College Latin Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Armando Rodríguez and Victor Rendón performs on Dec. 9, 2008.

This was the band's first concert in the Studio Theater. It was standing room only. Bob Stewart - tuba and John Walsh - trumpet were special guests. Tenor saxophonist Aaron Sachs also performed with the band.

David Molina and Katherine Matos will perform with the Lehman College Latin Jazz Ensemble on December 9, 2008. David and Katherine are both high school students. They and other young players will join guest artists Aaron Sachs and Bob Stewart for the Fall concert in the Studio Theater in the Music Building. The Lehman College Latin Jazz Ensemble under the direction of Armando Rodriguez and Victor Rendon will perform several latin jazz selections and an arrangement of a holiday classic written for this concert. Felix Otero will sing this number as well as Lamento Borincano and Como Fue.
